Featured on The Fetch Blog!

When I first met this wide-eyed Singapore Polytechnic student Shane Tan at Dr Georgia Lee’s 1st Halloween Party last Sunday, I took notice of him because of the Alexander McQueen’s Skull Scarf that he was draping, Zoe Tay was seen in one too albeit a black one. He was stylishly put together- White Shirt by Burberry, Pants by Zara, Cross Necklace by Candace Ang, Portfolio used as a mlutch by Mulberry, Bracelet (right) by Balenciaga, Horseshoe bracelet (left) - House of Harlow by Nicole Richie and Boots by Yves Saint Laurent. For not being vulgar wearing that so many labels on one night, he deserves a spot as Fetch People 9. This stylish young man has a blog (My Mom Hates Fashion) which I have the link included below.

Shane’s Style Philosophy: Except for obvious style rules, (like not wearing socks with slippers), I don’t think we need to follow any rules. Go with whatever works for you! Invent your own rules because fashion is all about having fun.

Shane’s Favourite Labels: My favourites vary from the big Fashion Houses like Chanel, Valentino, Lanvin, Alaia, Celine, Chloe, to newer designers like Phillip Lim, Rag & Bone, Band of Outsiders and Alexander Wang.

Shane’s Style Influences: I love watching the model-off-duty styles of models like Natalia Vodianova. Like Alexander Wang says, “Anyone can get all dressed up and glamorous, but it is how people dress for their off days that is the most intriguing.”

Shane Tan is fetch!
Thank you to Erwin from The Fetch Blog for the mention!
